What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the studio and respond to you:

• Contact details you send through the contact form: your name, email address, and your message.
• Booking and account information you enter when you create an account, book a class or private session, or buy a membership or pack: name, contact details, payment details, and attendance history.
• Basic usage data about how this website is used: pages visited, device and browser type, and which booking steps were completed. This is stored for the length of your visit only and does not use advertising cookies.

Booking data and WellnessLiving

Bookings, purchases, and member accounts are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc., the booking and payment platform behind this website, under the WellnessLiving privacy policy. We access that information to run classes, appointments, and memberships, and to contact you about your bookings. Card payments are handled by WellnessLiving and its payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

The contact form

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by Zoho, which stores the submission on our behalf so we can reply. We use your message only to answer your enquiry.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, unless the law requires us to.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

Emails from us

We may email you about your bookings, your membership, and studio news such as schedule changes or new classes. You can opt out of news emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting admin@alynpilatesstudio.com. Booking confirmations and account notices are sent regardless, because they are part of the service.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records for as long as you have an account with us and for as long afterwards as we are required to for accounting and legal purposes. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email admin@alynpilatesstudio.com. You can also close your booking account at any time through WellnessLiving or by asking us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and the current version will always be available on this page.
